เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะผู้ศึกษาดูงานและเข้าร่วมประชุม Singapore Convention Week 2026 นำโดย นางประกายรัตน์ ต้นธีรวงศ์ หัวหน้าคณะและประธานมูลนิธิสถาบันศึกษาและพัฒนาการจัดการความขัดแย้งด้วยสันติวิธี พร้อมด้วย นายไพศาล คงประสานกาล รองประธานคณะกรรมการบริษัท ไทยเมดิเอชั่น เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ดร.ธนรรค อุทกะพันธ์ ผู้อำนวยการมูลนิธิสถาบันศึกษาและพัฒนาการจัดการความขัดแย้งด้วยสันติวิธี (ส.พ.ส.) และ นางสาวรตญา กอบศิริกาญจน์ กรรมการอำนวยการบริษัท ไทยเมดิเอชั่น เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด และ นางทองอุไร ลิ้มปิติ ประธานกรรมการ และ ดร. รักษ์ วรกิจโภคาทร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ กรุงเทพพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (BAM) ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือกับนางวรพรรณี ดำรงมณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ สิงคโปร์ ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการเยือนสิงคโปร์ และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับจุดเด่นของระบบการไกล่เกลี่ยของสิงคโปร์ โดยเฉพาะ Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) ซึ่งดูแลข้อพิพาทระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการกับสถาบันการเงิน และ Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS) ซึ่งให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือด้านการบริหารจัดการหนี้ รวมถึงแนวทางที่ไทยสามารถนำแนวปฏิบัติของสิงคโปร์มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนากลไกการไกล่เกลี่ยของไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

On 25 August 2026, a Thai delegation participating the Singapore Convention Week 2026, led by Mrs. Prakairatana Thontiravong, together with Mr. Paisarn Khongphasarnkaln, Vice- Chairman, Thai Mediation Centre Co, Ltd. Dr. Thanak Utakapan Ph.D., Director, Institute for Education and Development of Conflict Management by Peaceful Means Foundation (I.D.P.) , Ms. Rataya Kobsirikarn, Director, Thai Mediation Centre Co, Ltd., and Mrs. Tongurai Limpiti, Chairman of the Board, and Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM), paid a courtesy call and discuss with H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

The two sides discussed the objectives of the visit and exchanged views on the strengths of Singapore’s mediation system, particularly the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC), which handles disputes between consumers and financial institutions, and Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS), which provides financial counselling and debt management assistance. They also discussed how Thailand could adapt relevant Singapore practices to further strengthen its own mediation mechanisms.
